The first step in a typical paper manufacturing process is to produce pulp from
perfect OCC (USA OCC).

PRODUCTION PROCESSES:

Like pulping, coarse screening , fine screening and refining and later to form paper sheet in a Fourdrinier machine which are happening according to high-tech systematic. The Fourdrinier paper machine is extensively used to form the fiber mat for production of various types and grammages of papers, such as liner , fluting ,top liner, Kraft liner, semi-chemical and other special papers. Surface finish of paper is mainly due to calendering process.

FLUTING

Fluting is the middle liner of corrugated board, which can be supplied individually as a type of protective packaging. It provides protection by filling empty spaces in the outer case and providing a cushioning effect for the primary product.

Being an environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional packaging materials such as bubble wrap and other plastic based solutions, it is 100% recyclable and made from a renewable resource.

Fluting paper is available in several different sizes and weights depending on your specific requirements

TESTLINER

Testliner is ideal for use in corrugated boards as the top and bottom layers. Testliner is produced from 100% recycled fibers, With Coloring agents providing stable color quality.

The Addition of starch guarantees the strength of Testliner and a surface treatment, involving the addition of synthetic adhesives optimizing the printability of paper.
